I really liked One Night in Santiago, except that there was so much talking! In full-length romances I like it when the couple actually talks to each other, but in these quick, sexy novellas, cut the chit-chat and jump in the sack! Lily and Bruno are both stranded due to a storm, and there's only one hotel room left. They agree to share it. The sexual tension is thick the moment they see each other, but Bruno doesn't want to take advantage. Lucky for him, Lily is the one who makes the first move.
It takes quite awhile before One Night in Santiago gets to the good stuff, despite the lust at first sight. Lily and Bruno tip-toe around each other at first, and then they get to talking. He tells her all about his family, their business, heritage, his pregnant sisters. She confesses to her failed engagement and betrayal, and even cries on his shoulder. Too many words! Then they finally do it, and it was pretty good. It even ends with an adorable airport cliche ending.
