Women's role has been increasingly growing around the globe. Today, women are going to Universities; this education and knowledge is acting as an assistance ; however unemployment is clearly visible among educated women . This is actually a problem to those qualified women . Thus, they tried to seek a way out of such trouble.
In the case of Iran, Hadi Salehi Esfahani and Parastoo Shajari found that education has had a major impact in enabling women to become employers (2012 ).
This puzzling problem has led us to discuss the unemployment problem and the status of working women in Iran. We also brought the life story of Iranian female entrepreneurs to find how they managed their life and work meanwhile human resource management is of great significance here.
