When Joe and Christy Davenport buy a house on Lime Park Road for less than market rate, they congratulate themselves on being in the right place at the right time. The fact that the current owners are in a terrific hurry to leave is a cause for celebration, not concern. Collecting the keys, they speculate on the Frasers' reasons for the quick sale - divorce, debt, difficulties with schools? - and agree it is nothing that could ever defeat them.
