It would be an exaggeration to say that this little book contains everything you ever wanted to know about history, opera, Greek mythology, tablespoons, washing up, and the geography of Russia. It does, however, contain a few things you never wanted to know on these subjects. Silly, childish, and witty, Stupid Poems 8 continues in the vein of its predecessors.

These are just some of the rave reviews that greeted its predecessors:

‘As funny as a wet weekend in Croydon,’ Sellafield Review of Poetry
‘Not recommended,’ Toilet Paper Review
‘Merde,’ Le Monde
