Seven Minutes in Heaven is a super short, sweet read. Megan isn’t letting her divorce get her down, which I really liked. She left the city she hated, returned somewhere she loves, and picks up her photography hobby again. She’s making a new life for herself where no one is telling her what she needs to do or is suppose to be doing. She’s also figuring out her sexuality. Is she gay? Or is she just attracted to Andi? Either way, Megan wants to go for it, while Andi is the one who is understandably hesitant. Their interactions together are super cute, and I liked that both women stated their feelings rather than just dancing around them and stirring up needless drama.
If you’re looking for a cute, sweet, quick Romance, I’d absolutely recommend Seven Minutes in Heaven. There’s no huge drama, although Megan and Andi do have a fight at one point. There’s also a strong focus on going after you want in life and not letting others dictate what is best for you. I really liked it.
