Digital badges are online credentials that learners can post on platforms such as email and social media networks to show skills they've learned and demonstrated through the completion of badge criteria.
Learners earn this Communication badge by demonstrating basic competency in listening skills, such as being able to listen for main ideas and summarize what was said; oral communication and written communication skills, including organizing a clear message, analyzing the audience, adjusting the message as needed, and using appropriate language, grammar, and tone.
KNOWLEDGE and APPLY badges are available. The difference is in who assesses whether the learner gets the badge. This a KNOWLEDGE badge, which means the assessment is auto-graded.
Available in a range of Skill levels, this "Level 1" badge demonstrates base knowledge of the skills outlined.
