This book 'MINISTRY AND MISSION MATTERS' is being published as a companion volume to 'GOING AND GROWING' published by 'Feed a Read' in November 2014. 'Going and Growing' shared the history of the Cliff College International Training Centre from its inception in 2001 through to 2014. This companion volume provides a sample of the kind of teaching that has been delivered during the in-country 'Residentials' which are at the heart of this successful partnership in training programme. The Core Training Team of CCITC is supplemented for the residential training by invited lecturers who are experts in their field. A brief introduction to the lecturers and indications of their qualifications at the time they first lectured on the programme is associated with their details, listed in Appendix 1.
