One of the things Halle is so good at is taking me on tour of her books' settings. This was set in New Zealand, but then they become shipwrecked, so nothing much to see. I remember giggling a bit as the heroine waxed poetic about all the niceties she missed being shipwrecked. A haircut and getting her nails done was mentioned, and it just astounded me how many parallels I could draw between their time shipwrecked and our time in quarantine. All that aside, Daisy and Tai were a great couple and I was throughly entertained the entire time. I really loved the ending too.
