Among those included are Anton Mosimann (baked sardines), Jeffrey Archer (smoked chicken salad), Barbara Bush (mushroom quiche), Kenneth Lo (Sichuan double cooked pork), Raymond Blanc (tartare of marinated wild salmon with cucumber salad) and Delia Smith (sticky date cake). Biographical information is included on all the contributors and Graham Rust provides the illustrations. H.R.H. Princess Alexandra has written the introduction and all the proceeds from the book go to the Elizabeth FitzRoy Homes for the mentally handicapped of which she is Patron.
