Meditations for Stress Management is a compilation of some of my favorite guided visualizations and meditations. I have used and continue to use these exercises as resources to help reduce and manage my own stress levels. I find that doing so not only increases my immune function so that I don't get sick as often (or have bouts associated with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) but that this practice also strengthens my resolve in handling difficult situations, problem solving, and staying focused on the task at hand.
