The facilitator package comprises the 51-item, self-assessed Emotional Intelligence Skills Inventory (EQSi) and a step-by-step guide for administering the assessment. The package offers an overview of emotional intelligence, reliability and validity data for the assessment, and suggestions on using and interpreting the feedback reports. EQSi measures emotional intelligence on five major scales: People Skills, Change Capacity/Resilience, Motivation, Self-Awareness, and Stress Tolerance. It is based on the Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi), the first American Psychology Association-endorsed measure of Emotional Intelligence.
