Woolly Thoughts knitting is firmly established as a thought-provoking way of creating your own unique designs from small pieces knitted in unusual directions, using any yarn and any needles. The methods are foolproof and garments are guaranteed to fit. This book, Second Thoughts, is a sequel which extends the ideas to using larger pieces to inspire you still further (and, of course, has more of the (in)famous sheep). The ideas can also be used to create other items, such as afghans, cushions, etc. (You do not need to have read Woolly Thoughts to use this book.) The authors are both Mathematics teachers and are well-known in educational and craft circles. Their thoughts have spread round the world and have been used in many different ways. They have been instrumental in setting up a Maths and knitting project in UK schools and some of their work has been acquired by The Science Museum (London).
