On the south side of Chicago in the notorious neighborhood of Englewood, better known as E-DUB, two street gangs known as the M-Town Stones and the C-Lords have been battling each other for years. Things come to a head when Smokey, one of the leaders of C-Lord, loses his girlfriend and her younger brother in a brutal shooting. When Smokey is arrested while on his way to exact revenge his girlfriend's younger sister Kandi steps in and decides to finish the job herself. With Smokey's blessings and guidance from jail, and the help of her best friends, she creates a loyal crew of hustlers and certified killers. As she eliminates any and everyone involved in the murders of her siblings she solidifies her status as one of the "baddest b*tches" in the game. The battle between C-Lords and M-Town reaches a fever pitch!
