A very clever, endearing story.

Jamieson flips writing conventions on their head in this book, giving readers a story they truly will not expect. Nonetheless, Boomer's positive can'do attitude will win readers' hearts, and they will be cheering him on all the way.

As a side note, I love how in these Olympics, athletes get to compete in every event!

The art is also fantastic. It is bold and colorful and puts Boomer right in the spotlight.

I would read more of Jamieson's work!
