Each series is described in detail and in sequence, so that, for instance, the reader can follow all the England v. Australia encounters together in chronological order. The study includes biographies of the great players, a player index charting every player's complete Test career and a record section. The legendary Test matches are given a major feature treatment with full scorecards, to enable the reader to live through the excitement of, for example, the famous tied Test between Australia and West Indies in 1960-61 and the Centenary Test between Australia and England at Melbourne in 1977.
