You are encouraged to focus your attention on eating healthy meals with the whole family, but in-depth specifics are given for those who want them. The need for both specifics & flexibility has led me to only include dietary information for the whole dish. People with diabetes are encouraged to adjust their portion sizes so that they do not consume more than the recommended amount of carbohydrate for each meal as set by their clinician. To suit an international audience, all ingredients are given in both US customary & metric units. All temperatures are given in Centigrade, Fahrenheit & Gas Mark.
