Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon, is the latest edition in the popular Mobile Suit Gundam series. In this game, players can either be the commander of the Earth Federation or the leader of the Zeon Forces as they battle for independence. The story of the series is continued in this adventure, taking place in the distant future. A cluster of colonies has proclaimed itself the Principality of Zeon and launched a war of independence against the Earth Federation. The game begins after eight months of warfare have passed, leaving most of the Federation and Zeon military forces dead. Innocent youths are now left to fight the war. Gamers will pilot various "Mobile Suits", the humanoid weapons developed for close range warfare, as they battle in 3D environments in outer space, land, and sea. This installment features over 200 missions and the largest collection of mobile suits in the series. The game is being commended for its highly detailed characters, making the action realistic.
