Really liked this story line! It hits way close to home, so if you're sensitive to COVID-related or adjacent topics like masking, pandemics/epidemics then steer away. The science/medical aspects are extremely well-written and explained, so I didn't feel dumb. There's only one romantic scene, and it didn't contain any problematic language (like some male-written romance does). Recommend for folx who enjoy realistic science fiction or medical thrillers.
