This 'Planetary Elite' will consist of participants from all cultures, nationalities, languages, ethnic groups, etc. in addition to newly emerging and most powerful communities of newly born global interests and ever-advancing technologies -acting as one single entity. And the rest of the population will depend on this minority, which will eventually be assigned all the authority, legitimacy and power to do as it pleases, since they will own and control everything. The period of coalesce in the formation of this 'Planetary Elite' will take at least the entire 21st century to become 'The Most Special Group' on Earth.
