When I was in 3rd grade, I was *the biggest* fan of Judy Moody. She is such a relatable main character, and I just loved following her on all her school, friend, and family adventures!

Fast forward nearly 10 years, when I’m scrolling on Netgalley and see that there is a new (and super-bookish!) Judy Moody book coming out. Even though I’m about 10 years too old for it, I just couldn’t resist clicking the “request” button.

Before I begin, I would just like to say thank you to Candlewick for approving me for an ARC. It’s too bad I’m no longer the same age as Judy, because I just know that nothing would’ve pleased 8 year old Julie more than getting to read a Judy Moody book before all her friends and classmates
