'Ultranotes from Beyond' contains some 600 aphorisms largely dedicated to the ideological philosophy of Social Transcendentalism and the means whereby it could be politically developed and even socially implemented, under the right conditions or circumstances. For nothing is more certain than that this ideology regards itself as existing beyond the political bounds of both Great Britain and Ireland in terms of its endorsement of a new kind of sovereignty, incompatible, in its otherworldliness, with worldly criteria.
