Nothing is going right for Nell. Her husband, Ben, has left her for a younger, blonder woman. She goes to on holiday to Barbados with her daughter, only to be mugged and have her bag stolen on the way back. It's crisis time - and Nell makes two decisions: She will take lessons in self-defence; and she will look up her rather lovely old boyfriend Jas, whom she abandoned in favour of Ben long ago.
