The Cotswolds have, for centuries, been shrouded in mystery. Ghost stories and rumours of witchcraft are common, and in modern times UFOs and even crop circles have added to the area's fascination. Several bizarre murders, still unsolved, lend a more sinister angle to some of the folklore. It is surprising, then, that so little has been written about these strange events. This book, however, fills that gap by gathering together a collection of personal accounts from the district. Apparitions, poltergeists, legends and superstitions, mysterious creatures, UFOs, crop circles, witchcraft murders all are among the accounts included.
