I really enjoyed reading Tales of a Tenacious Tenor, I do like to listen to opera as I find many are sung with so much emotion it makes my hair on my neck stand up. This book told of more songs that I have not heard before and it wasn't long before I was listening to those too. This story is Robert P. Mitchell's and he tells of the struggles he find when trying to make it big as an opera singer. Who would have thought it would be so competitive but he doesn't give up his dreams because he loves singing.
I decided to review this as it was different from what I am used to reading, I mean completely different which is what I wanted and it did not disappoint. I feel I have learnt something from this inspiring novel.
