Jacques was born and raised in Jacmel, a remarkably beautiful city in Haiti. He completed his high school education at Lycee Pinchinat in Jacmel, Haiti. Jacques is married to Dr. M. Danielle Guillaume (DNP), and together they have raised three grown-up children. He serves as an adjunct Computer Information Systems instructor at Jacksonville University (JU). Notably, he is the co-author of "Haiti, Wyclef Jean & the Scavengers", an insightful book readily available on amazon.com. Jacques possesses a master's degree in computer resources and information management, as well as two undergraduate degrees in computer science and Management. With over eleven years of experience in project management, he specializes in Continuous Improvement, Systematic Process Improvement, and Problem Solving, specifically in the realm of "Six Sigma."
Jacques was not only an enthusiastic participant in the Rotary Club International but also a dedicated member of Toastmasters International. In addition, he took on the role of the former Chairman and President of the Haitian American Association for Advancement (HAAFA), an organization committed to serving, organizing, and improving the lives of the Haitian community residing in Northeast Florida. Currently, Jacques is an integral part of the International Baseball Academy of Haiti (IBAoH).
