To start, I was born in Pennsylvania. I have been an avid science fiction fan from a very young age. Sitting in my living room watching Star Trek, Babylon 5, reruns of Battlestar Galactica, and many, many others with my dad. From the age of 10 I can remember sitting in my living room writing story after story. Drawing schematics, renderings, and designs for ships and computers sytems. At 18 I joined the Navy, and would spend the next 8 years underwater on submarines, which gave me plenty of opportunity to dream up more stories.

I remember it clearly when I first came up with what I call the Destinyverse. We were on patrol somewhere in the Pacific, having just left Pearl Harbor. I was in my rack sleeping before watch and had the dream that would change my creative life forever. While it started as a simple dream, I spent my off-watch hours writing, drawing, and expanding the dream into reality. But like so many things, the stories got pushed aside and my dream of my stories being in print took a break to real life.

I eventually left the Navy and moved to Maine, where I have lived for sixteen years. My husband found my stories and quickly became engrossed, helping me not only organize my stories, but expand them. While I have no published works, I have the imagination, the drive, and the love of writing to help propel me while I bring my stories to life.
