Chigozie Collins Okafor holds a doctorate degree in Construction Management from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He is currently a Lecturer in the department of Civil Engineering in the University of Nigeria Nsukka and oversees several research activities within the department. His research interests cut across diverse areas in the built environment, including the smart city and technological urban development. In collaboration with other researchers, he has authored several conference and journal articles.
