Kim Uy is a Medical Doctor with a Masters in Public Health. Her Chinese mother and Khmer father brought her to the US when she was fifteen years old. She is married and embraces a big view of healthcare: "Health care is not only about helping the patient who is being treated, who is on the operating table, but also helping everybody globally."
