DENNIS CONRAD is a life member of the American Numismatic Association. He is a retired professor of Speech Communications having taught public speaking and English at Barstow Community College in California. Dennis and his wife, Diane, spent ten summers overseas teaching speech and English in Kazakhstan, Central Asia, South Korea, and China.
