Author of 13 books about pets and pet care, Jacquelyn writes books for curious and creative kids ages 6 to 12 including the Morley Stories Series of novels for girls 10 to 13.A former newspaper and magazine writer and editor, her articles and photographs have appeared in newspapers and magazines in Canada, United States and Britain.Jacquelyn is also a former teacher, college and university lecturer. She has taught English as a Second Language to children and teenagers in South Korea and journalism to university students in South Dakota and Ontario. No matter who you are, having a close relationship with an animal is one of life's greatest gifts, she says.
