J. C. Snow (she/her) is a queer fantasy author as well as an academic historian of religion and history. Her fantasy worlds are filled with beings mortal and immortal, striving to understand their own hearts in settings of wonder, joy, loss, and redemption, inspired by the complex intertwinings of environment, history, and culture as well as a wildly unpredictable imagination. When not writing, she and her family make music, garden wildly, and travel to explore the world.
