Alice Teasdale grew up in the Adelaide Hills where a beautiful garden and the threat of fire dominated her childhood. She has directed oodles of theatre and short films, and written plays, screenplays and all sorts of other stories. For the last ten years she's been living on a Kangaroo Island farm with three extraordinary children, chooks, ducks, dogs and a sheep who thinks he's human.
