Michael S. Carlton is married to his best friend Amanda and the proud father of Kingston, Major, and Londyn. He is the Founding Pastor of Bloom Church, an exciting and fast-growing multi-site church in Branson, MO, with over 1,800 people calling Bloom Church home in a town of just 11,000. He is the founder of Cultivate Churches, which aims to resource church leaders to maximize their potential and see their churches grow.Michael also has the honor of being a Success Coach for the Ready, Set, Grow Network and a founding member of 415 Leaders led by Pastor Scott Wilson.
