Coming of age in San Francisco, Tom Bast raised a son and a daughter in a small town in the Sonoma County wine country. Most evenings for the first decade or so of their lives, he made up a story to entertain them, and they peppered him with questions that inform his creative process to this day.He wrote one novel after another and, as he shared them with more and more people, their encouragement to publish became strident. Now his life is dedicated to his readers.
