Rohan (Nariyuki) Koda

Rohan Kōda was the pen name of Kōda Shigeyuki (1867-1947), a Japanese author in the Meiji period. Sakae Shioya (1873-1961) was the author of When I Was a Boy in Japan (Boston, 1906).
