Rev. Nicole Caldwell-Gross is an ordained minister, sought after preacher, writer, conference facilitator, coach, and millennial ministry thought leader. She has served as the Director of Mission and Community Development for the United Methodist Church of Greater New Jersey, and as the Pastor of Outreach and Mobilization at St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. She created "The Well," a digital women's ministry with weekly podcasts and videos, and spearheaded the development of www.antiracistindy.com, a congregational and community hub for resourcing communities as they lean into biblical justice and become anti-racist.
