Denise Menonna-Quinn DNP, RN-BC, AOCNS, BMTCN, earned her master's degree in clinical nursing from Seton Hall University, West Orange, New Jersey, and DNP degree at William Paterson University, Wayne, New Jersey. Dr. Menonna-Quinn is a classroom and clinical instructor at several colleges and universities in northern New Jersey; however, she has made her greatest contribution to nursing in the clinical arena. She has dedicated her more than 30-year clinical career to the care of oncology patients, holding a variety of roles including staff nurse, clinical nurse specialist, breast cancer nurse coordinator, education specialist, insurance nurse navigator for melanoma patients seeking bone marrow transplants, and ambulatory chemotherapy administration nurse. She brings deep passion and compassion to the care of complex oncology patients, resulting in trusting and meaningful nurse-patient relationships. Dr. Menonna-Quinn also has extensive experience developing and leading review courses for the OCN and Advanced Oncology Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist exams.
