Rich Mimick is a founder and principal of PPM Professional Practice Management, Inc., a management consulting and executive development firm based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
A former faculty member at the Ivey Business School, he recently retired as Director, Business, Management & Technology programs, Division of Continuing Studies, University of Victoria.
Rich has designed, developed, and delivered consulting engagements and executive programs for Canadian, American, European, and Asian clients. He is internationally recognized for his outstanding teaching abilities and is known for his exceptional ability to turn complex topics into understandable, practical learning.
Mike Thompson has recently retired as Associate Professor, Management Consulting with the Faculty of Management at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He holds a visiting professor appointment at the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, Grenoble, France.
Prior to this appointment, he held senior management positions within commercial banking sectors in the U.K, Ontario, and British Columbia. He is a former Trustee who represented CMC Canada within the International Council for Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI). In October 2020, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Certified Management Consultants Association of British Columbia.
Terry Rachwalski is President of Front Porch Perspectives, a Canadian management consulting firm that provides business development and go-to-market plans for technology firms.
In 2016, she joined Alberta Innovates, where she is the Executive Director, Entrepreneurial Investments, leading an investment fund that delivers coaching, community, and capital to technology and knowledge-based start-ups.
Terry is an award-winning Certified Management Consultant and Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University School of Business in the MBA program, running the problem-based learning section of the live consulting cases.
