Jill Nalder was born in 1978 in Toronto. Due to her brilliant high school career, she won a scholarship at the age of 18. She attended Stanford University and graduated with honors. From a young age, she had a passion for healthy food, which led her to become a writer, nutritionist and recipe creator. Nearly 20 years ago, she adopted a plant-based lifestyle and focused on turning all of her favorite dishes into plant-based delights and sharing her culinary knowledge with others through her books. Jill is a woman who loves sports and also follows many of her students as a personal trainer. When she is not working and in the kitchen, Jill spends time with her husband and two young daughters. She also loves taking long walks with her faithful Chihuahua. Jill loves to constantly listen and talk to all of her readers.
