Bryan Patrick Avery is the grandson of Tuskegee Airman Harold J. Beaulieu, Sr. who took the Freeman Field Photograph. He discovered his love of books at an early age when he received his first Bobbsey Twins Mystery. Bryan's mysteries, poems, and essays have been published in the Buffalo Soldier Newspaper, The Case Online, The National Examiner, and other publications. Bryan is a life member of The Society of American Magicians. His debut anthology, Super Puzzletastic Mysteries is available from HarperCollins. Bryan lives in Northern California with his family.
