Keighley Bradford is a Newcastle-based writer. She has two degrees from the University of Newcastle in Creative Industries (specialising in Writing, Publishing, and Marketing) and a background in arts administration, communication, and media, and marketing. While Keighley likes to dabble in many forms of creative writing, novels are her passion. She's been writing since she was thirteen and has since won several awards for her short-fiction pieces. When Keighley isn't stuck behind the computer working, you can often find her chilling at the beach or binge-watching a new series on Netflix. Keighley Bradford is an Australian writer and creative industries professional, with a degree and background in writing, publishing, and marketing. In addition to specialising in various modes of creative writing, she is skilled in arts administration, content creation, copywriting, editing, and social media marketing and promotion. Keighley is passionate about supporting the arts community. She currently works and volunteers within the Hunter writing/literary scene through local writers' organisations and student media publications. She was also the Founder of the UoN Writers' Club, and current Managing Editor at Yak Media, where she has developed many of her skills while helping her broader arts community. Over the years as a writer, her short-fiction pieces have been published and won several awards. Keighley is undoubtedly a perfectionist who spends most of her time stuck behind her laptop working. In her spare time, you'll find her drinking hot coffee at a local cafe, or binge-watching a new series on Netflix.
