Tiffany Castagno is CEO of CEPHR, LLC, a human resources consulting firm supporting small to mid-sized businesses, start-ups, and non-profits through focused partnership, to build out their programs, processes, policies, procedures, and infrastructures, and a strong employer brand and culture. Tiffany has worked for small to mid-sized businesses herself and adds value to her clients by also bringing in her experience from working at large organizations. She is a curator of culture and believes that the success of the organization is everyone's responsibility. She believes in challenging the status quo, because nothing is growing to great if it stays the same for too long. "To be great, we have to iterate." Tiffany is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has a love for writing, believes in always doing the right thing, loves to mentor others, and is a champion for change in the workplace, community, and society.
