Pamela R. Sustar is a graduate of Edison University, with a degree in journalism. She became a resident of Southwest Florida over 25 years ago, and has been actively involved with several church organizations, as well as, successfully pursued a career, and raised a family here in Lee County. Although her primary job has been in the banking industry, her love of the history of South Florida has compelled her to study both the written history of South Florida, as well as visit the many existing historic sites in the region. Pam has stayed involved in the study of Florida history by authoring guest columns in many local publications.
