Her love of photography began in her teens when her father purchased her first camera and was later solidified when Alex won her first photography contest for a local newspaper. Today, Alex travels as often as she can and has discovered a love of abandoned sites. Urbex, AKA urban exploration, has since become a big focus of her photography.
