Natalia Kharlampieva - People's Poet of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). As the author of 20 books of poetry and for many years a working journalist, Kharlampieva is perhaps best known as the editor of the first magazine for women in the Yakut language. Moreover, as the editor-in-chief for a national newspaper "Sakha Sire" (The Land of Yakutia), she arose to literary prominence across Central Asia.
