Gojan Nikolich is a former newspaper reporter and editor and has written for the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, and Pacific Stars and Stripes. He also reported for WGN and WBBM radio. Abandoning a cushy executive career in public relations, he dragged his family to the Rocky Mountains, took a 50% pay cut, and worked with his wife as owners of a 100-year-old weekly small-town newspaper. He now writes books in his Denver basement.Nikolich's novel Ashes in Venice was chosen Best Psychological Thriller of 2022 by BestThrillers.com.
