Mary Pizzey is Senior Manager and part owner of Simplicity partnership. Her early career was spent as an Organisation Design expert in Accenture's Strategy practice, followed by a stint as HomeServe's Head of Group Strategy. She has helped many of the world's largest organisations tackle organization design challenges, and works day in, day-out to lead Simplicity's clients through diagnosing and simplifying theirs.
