He has trained over 4500 brand marketers on how to grow brands in over 20 countries over the last 20 years. His counseling has been valued at global brands including Blackrock, General Electric, Microsoft, AT&T, Vespa, Honda, Charles Schwab, Google, Java, Jack Daniel's, The J.M. Smucker Co., DuPont, Mattel, and Rodale, Inc.
He was also Vice President of the joint venture between The Left Bank Organization, a Hollywood-based artist management concern and DDB Needham Worldwide, working on the Pepsi, H&R Block, Capitol Records and Budweiser accounts among others to support Left Bank performers such as The Cranberries, Duran Duran, Stevie Nicks, Mötley Crüe, The Bee Gees and other platinum acts.
Amador is also a founding partner with his wife and children of Gracianna Winery, an award-winning winery located in Healdsburg, in Sonoma County, California.
