Frank Kuron is a lifelong resident of Toledo, Oho. He recently retired from a 40-year career in advertising, but continues to follow his passion of studying and writing about early American history. In 2011, Frank was made an "Honorary Kentucky Colonel" in recognition of his first book,"Thus Fell Tecumseh." For several years he wrote guest history columns for the former Toledo Free Press newspaper. Now he is publishing his second book which features adventure stories of intriguing frontier personalities, many of whom have long been forgotten. Frank is a former board member of the Fallen Timbers Battlefield Preservation Commission and is currently serving with the Maumee Valley Heritage Corridor. He offers presentations across the region on various early American topics and has been seen on C-Span.
