Dr. Kelly Trusty is an associate professor of business administration, management and marketing at Trine University in Angola, Indiana, where she delivers courses in supervision, leadership, marketing and social innovation. She also designs and directs co-curricular professional development workshops and facilitates interdisciplinary student leadership programming. Dr. Trusty also serves as an independent management, marketing and strategic planning consultant to not-for-profit and governmental organizations throughout the Midwest. Dr. Trusty received her bachelor's degree from Purdue University, her master's degree from Ball State University, her M.B.A. from Trine University and her doctorate in philosophy from the Western Michigan University School of Public Affairs and Administration. Dr. Trusty�s research and consulting on organizational behavior, leadership, human resource interventions, collaborative strategic planning, and technology adoption has been presented internationally, disseminated in a variety of publications and awarded recognition by business and educational organizations.
